Training on SEMI standards.
Our team recently completed a training session on GEM300, enhancing their expertise in semiconductor equipment connectivity and automation. This program strengthens our ability to support our clients with seamless GEM300 integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimizing equipment performance.
- GEM300 is an answer from the IT point of view to the standardization of automation
- GEM300 standards are on top of GEM
- GEM300 standards were initially only in charge of Carrier Management (CM) and Job Management (PJ + CJ)
- GEM 300 Standards are object oriented
- GEM300 is applicable to any wafer size as long there is Automation: Carrier management and Robotics to handle wafers (EFEM)
- It is possible to control an automated tool with GEM only using remote commands but it will be an ad-hoc implementation
